Who We Are

Care Net Pregnancy Centers of Northern New York is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides free pregnancy services for women, men, and families throughout Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

Since 2008, we’ve served women, men, and families throughout Northern New York with free pregnancy services, pregnancy testing, referrals for limited first-trimester ultrasounds, options education, parenting support, and ongoing resources.

We’re part of a nationwide network committed to helping women and families find hope, support, and practical care during pregnancy and beyond.

    Every pregnancy test, parenting class, baby item, conversation, and resource we provide is funded through the generosity of individuals, churches, businesses, foundations, and volunteers throughout Northern New York. Their support allows us to offer every service completely free of charge to the women, men, and families we serve.

    When you support Care Net, you’re helping ensure that someone facing an unexpected pregnancy has access to compassionate care, trusted information, practical resources, and a community that will walk alongside them.

    Care Net Pregnancy Centers of Northern New York is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We do not perform or refer for abortion services or emergency contraceptives. Eligible donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
