Who can participate in your parenting programs?

Our parenting programs are open to moms, dads, and caregivers looking for encouragement, education, and practical support in Watertown, Lowville and the surrounding cities. Whether you’re expecting your first child or already parenting, we’d love to help.

Are parenting classes free?

Yes. Every parenting class and support program at Care Net is offered free of charge thanks to the generosity of our community.

What is Earn While You Learn®?

Earn While You Learn® is our parenting education program. As you complete lessons, you’ll earn Baby Bucks that can be used to shop in our Baby Boutique for diapers, clothing, formula, and other baby essentials.

What is Certificate Parenting?

Certificate Parenting provides parenting education for individuals who need to meet CPS or other court-related requirements. Our team can answer questions about eligibility and participation.

Do you offer support for fathers?

Yes. We believe dads matter, too. Our fatherhood education program helps men grow in confidence, strengthen their parenting skills, and build healthy relationships with their children.

What kinds of items are available in the Baby Boutique?

Parents participating in our programs may earn Baby Bucks to purchase items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, baby gear, and other essentials. Inventory varies throughout the year based on donations.
